Purity & Laboratory Testing
Each lot of Kisspeptin is characterized analytically to confirm identity and purity:
- Purity: determined by reversed-phase HPLC, verified to ≥99%.
- Identity / mass confirmation: assessed by mass spectrometry (MS) against the expected molecular weight.
- CAS (Kisspeptin-10, human): 374675-21-5; sequence Tyr-Asn-Trp-Asn-Ser-Phe-Gly-Leu-Arg-Phe-NH2 (YNWNSFGLRF-NH2); molecular formula C63H83N17O14. Where a different kisspeptin variant or chain length is supplied, the exact identity and lot-specific values are reported on the COA.
- Certificate of Analysis: a lot-specific COA accompanies each batch with the measured values.
These are analytical characterizations of identity and purity only and do not constitute any statement of biological effect, safety, or efficacy. For research use only, not for human use.
Certificate of Analysis
A Certificate of Analysis is available per production lot, documenting HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity confirmation.
Research Background & Study Phase
For Research Use Only · Not for human or veterinary use · Not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
References to clinical phases/studies describe the compound in independent third-party literature (e.g., ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed) and do not represent claims, testing, or approval by Zynix Biolab.
Kisspeptin is a peptide encoded by the KISS1 gene. The 145–amino-acid precursor is proteolytically processed into a family of C-terminally amidated peptides — including the 54-, 14-, 13- and 10–amino-acid forms (Kisspeptin-54, -14, -13 and -10) — which share a common bioactive C-terminus. In the published scientific literature, kisspeptins have been characterized as endogenous ligands of the G-protein–coupled receptor KISS1R (also known as GPR54), and have been studied as upstream regulators of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) neurons within the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal (HPG) axis.
As a third-party research subject, the compound has been the subject of investigator-led studies registered on public trial registries examining reproductive neuroendocrine signaling — for example, ClinicalTrials.gov records NCT00914823 (“Kisspeptin Administration in the Adult”) and NCT05633966. These registry entries describe research conducted by independent third parties and do not represent testing or approval by Zynix Biolab. This material is supplied for research use only and is not for human use.
Research Applications

In the published literature, kisspeptin has been examined in laboratory and in-vitro research contexts including:
- Studies of KISS1R / GPR54 receptor binding, activation and downstream signaling in cell-based assays.
- Investigations into the role of the KISS1 system as an upstream modulator of GnRH-neuron activity within reproductive neuroendocrine pathways.
- Characterization of structure–activity relationships across kisspeptin chain-length variants (e.g., Kisspeptin-10 vs. Kisspeptin-54) in experimental models.
- Research into central regulation of the HPG axis, puberty-onset signaling and gonadotropin dynamics in non-clinical and third-party clinical-research settings.

Handling, Storage & Reconstitution
General laboratory bench-handling guidance for the lyophilized material:
- Storage: store the lyophilized peptide at -20°C, protected from light and moisture; minimize freeze–thaw cycles. Reconstituted aliquots are typically held under colder conditions per laboratory protocol.
- Reconstitution: for laboratory preparation, reconstitute with bacteriostatic water or another suitable solvent appropriate to the assay; allow the solid to dissolve gently without vigorous agitation.
- PPE / safe handling: handle with appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, eye protection, lab coat) and follow standard laboratory safety practices.
This information describes laboratory handling of a research material and is not a dosing or administration instruction. For research use only — not for human use.
